Dietmar has been actively practising many sports since his youth. In winter, cross-country skiing in both techniques (former state-certified Nordic instructor, cross-country skiing instructor), skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, etc. In summer, racing bike and biking, mountain tours and until recently jogging ect. Through these activities, I have precise knowledge of the surrounding area and the nearby and wider mountain world for the practice of all disciplines. I have also been an enthusiastic motorcyclist for 30 years and know all the beautiful tours in our near and far surroundings within a radius of 250 km. Our house is therefore also suitable as a base for beautiful (partly also low-traffic) motorbike tours. It is therefore possible for me to advise you professionally on many aspects of leisure activities and to support you in planning or, if necessary, accompany you.

In our house you can expect 2 holiday flats, which are equipped with a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and shower with toilet.
Both flats are furnished in a cosy Tyrolean style and equipped with all comforts that leave nothing to be desired such as: Dishwasher, LCD cable TV, W-LAN, radio, bed linen and towels.
There is also a parking space for each flat.
Furthermore, we offer the use of the terrace and garden as well as a barbecue fireplace.
Available for a fee: daily bread service, use of garage, washing and drying machine, infrared cabin and charging possibility (10KW AC) for your electric car

The unique location of our house,
directly on the edge of the forest, extremely quiet and with a wonderful panoramic view from the Wetterstein, Karwendel to the Kalkalpen determines you a feeling of boundless freedom.
Free shuttle bus
As a further facility, there is a free shuttle bus (bus stop 100m away from us) which takes you to all parts of Seefeld every hour, as well as to the Olympic indoor swimming pool and the ski bus stops.
Infrared cabin
After your sporting activity, summer or winter, you can use the available infrared cabin alone or as a couple.
There are various application modules and therapy programmes for: Joints and rheumatism, colds and respiratory tract, strengthening the immune system, stress reduction, sauna effect, etc.

The "Region Seefeld - Tirols Hochplateau" with Leutasch and Scharnitz offers cross-country skiers an extensive network of trails with over 270 kilometres in classic and skating technique.
The cross-country mecca boasts a wide variety of trails in all degrees of difficulty and delights beginners and professionals alike. Almost the entire Nordic world elite has already done their rounds and competed on the sunny high plateau. The unspoilt landscape and the impressive mountain panorama of the adjacent Karwendel Alpine Park make cross-country skiing in Seefeld a pleasure. Seefeld also offers a 4 km long illuminated night cross-country trail in the Möserertal valley for both techniques.
